Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Standard shipping is $7.99. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more (calculated after discounts and before taxes).

Once an order ships, the customer will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Glow and Renew Skin Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers should review their tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery delays or delivery instructions.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, they should check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us. Glow and Renew Skin Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Damaged Items

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged items so we can promptly review the issue and provide a resolution.
