Products designated “for research use only” are sold solely for research purposes and are not intended for human use or administration. Glow and Renew Skin Co. does not provide medical advice or instructions on dosing, mixing, injection, or administration. Medical questions and treatment decisions must be directed to a qualified, licensed medical provider.
Age Requirement
Purchases are restricted to customers 18 years of age or older.
Order Concerns & Chargebacks
We value our customers and will make every reasonable effort to resolve order concerns fairly. Please contact us promptly if you experience an issue so we can review it and work toward a resolution.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the dispute process may result in permanent account closure and refusal of future orders. This policy does not limit your legal right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
Cancellations & Change-of-Mind Requests
If you request to cancel an order or return a product because you changed your mind, any approved refund will be issued as store credit only. Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation and restocking fee, deducted from the store credit, where permitted by law.
These restrictions do not apply when the cancellation or refund results from an error by Glow and Renew Skin Co. or when a different remedy is legally required.
Forgotten Discount Codes
Please enter your discount code before completing checkout. If you forget an eligible code, contact us to request an adjustment. Once verified, the eligible discount amount will be issued as store credit only, rather than refunded to your original payment method.
Rewards & Free Products
Products offered as points rewards must be redeemed using the required rewards points. Adding a reward product to your cart does not make it free. Reward items added without a valid points redemption will be removed from the order.
Account Inactivity
By registering for an account with Glow and Renew Skin Co., you acknowledge that accounts with no orders placed for 40–60 consecutive days may be automatically deactivated. If your account is deactivated due to inactivity, you will need to register for a new account to shop with us again.
